Obituary for Rose Frances Waters
Rose Frances Waters, 88, of Ottawa passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in East Peoria. She was born in Chicago to Gaetano and Francesca Nasca Catalano on August 24, 1928. She married Wesley Waters in Chicago on November 5, 1955; he survives. Also surviving are her daughter, Frances (Dale) Sabo; granddaughter, Glenna Lee Sabo; sister-in-law, Donna (Warren) Toler; brother-in-law, Paul (Mary) Waters and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary and brothers, Tony and Joey. Rose was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Ottawa. She loved her granddaughter, was Frances's best friend and the best Mom. She was a Cubs fan and loved Bingo. Cremation has been accorded and private family services will be held. Memorials can be made to the Neighborhood House in Peoria
