Obituary for Bertha Loser
Bertha B. Loser 89, of Peoria passed away Sunday September 25, 2011 at Bel-Wood Nursing Home in Peoria. She was born December 15, 1921 in Chillicothe, IL to Lawrence and Nona Snyder Cheney. She married Charles Loser November 6, 1937 in Iowa. He preceded her in death in 1976. She was also preceded in death by her daughters, Kathy Fitch and Sherry Reeder, son, Virgil Loser, 2 granddaughters, 2 great-granddaughters, 6 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her 3 children, Ronald (June) Loser of Dunlap, Jack (Sue) Loser of Missouri, Diane (Kenny) Reeder of Dunlap, daughter-in-law, Nadine Loser of Tennessee, and 2 son-in-laws, Jr Reeder of East Peoria and Mike Fitch of Yates City. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, several great great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, Esther Perry of Brimfield, Roberta Rogers of Dunlap, Yvonne Sollenberger of Brimfield and several nieces and nephews. Bertha loved fishing, hunting, cooking, sewing and country music. Cremation has been accorded and a Memorial Service will be held Saturday October 1, 2011 at 1 pm at 310 N. 4
