Obituary for Josephine A Korsmeyer
Josephine A. Korsmeyer, of Pekin passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Pekin Manor. She married Joseph Simoncini August 26, 1946; he preceded in death December 26, 1985. She later married Wilbur Korsmeyer September 21, 1990; he preceded her in death January 16, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her parents, siblings and son, Joseph “Tim” Simoncini. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Robert) Lewandowski of Pekin. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin where a funeral mass will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10 a.m. Father Michael Andrejek will officiate. Burial will follow the service at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Pekin. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in her name.
